Be Kind to Yourself!
Lately, I've been experiencing stress through my personal life and work. I feel discouraged when I don't reach the expectations I set upon myself. It makes me go through a cycle of starting over and hindering my progress.
After self reflecting, I'm allowing me to be kind to myself. I'm celebrating the small wins and being patient with my progress. I'm planning breaks and enjoying the experiences of self care. This is a reminder to BE KIND TO YOURSELF!
